Columbus, Ohio (AP) — Ohio has used a new data tool to identify dozens of duplicate payments made by state government offices since the start of the year.
A pilot review of InnovateOhio Platform technologies found 56 erroneous payments by 22 different state agencies, boards and commissions from January through September. They totaled nearly $118,000.
