OnePlus has started rolling out OxygenOS 5.1.2 for the OnePlus 5 and the OnePlus 5T. The update brings support for double tap to lock screen gesture, which can come in handy when you have a broken power button. You should still get that power button looked at, though. It also brings the May security patch.  Other feature additions include “Places” in the Gallery app, which lets you sort photos by location, similar to what we have in Google Photos. A “Recently Deleted” collection in the app has been added for people who want to recover recently deleted content. Lastly, the update also contains bug fixes including fixes for auto-rotation stability issue, Wi-Fi connecting issue, and an issue of the microphone not functioning for AKG earphones. The complete changelog is as follows:

System

Updated Android security patch to 2018.5

Fixed auto-rotation stability issue
