Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg is scheduled to appear before the House Energy and Commerce Committee on Wednesday to testify about the Cambridge Analytica scandal and Russia's interference in elections. Congress released Zuckerberg's testimony (PDF) on Monday, in advance of the hearing. He also faces a joint hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee and Senate Commerce Committee on Tuesday.
