But this week, on November 7, 2017, to be precise, Waymo announced that fully autonomous driving vehicles, with no human behind the wheel, are now available for testing in real traffic conditions, on real streets and highways, in Phoenix, Arizona, for those who want to apply as volunteers to their early rider program.
