Looks like that while Samsung is busy executing Android 8.0 Oreo beta programs for the Galaxy S8, it is also testing Oreo builds for the Galaxy Note 8. The company seems to be testing Android 8.0 on unlocked Snapdragon-powered Galaxy Note 8 units in the US. While the company is at it, someone has got hands-on the Android 8.0 OTA on the Note 8 and has also posted links to it on Reddit for all users to try.

And as is the case with the leaked builds, this one is also not a stable build but good enough for a trial firmware as pointed by SamMobile. The leaked Android 8.0 OTA for the Note 8 requires the device to be running firmware version N950USQS2BQK2, which is the latest build and limited to unlocked Galaxy Note 8 units on Verizon. But, any unlocked Note 8 user can work it around and get the N950USQS2BQK2 firmware on their device by following the upgrade procedure suggested on this Reddit post. Besides, this OTA is limited to Snapdragon-powered Galaxy Note 8 in the US.
