Earlier this week when the Redmond software maker released cumulative updates to Windows 10 Anniversary Update, we also saw the Windows Update history showing build 16299.96 (KB4051963). However, it didn’t carry any details and wasn’t available for download. Microsoft has now started releasing this post-Patch Tuesday update to Windows 10 Fall Creators Update bumping the build number up from 16299.64 to 16299.98 (support KB4051963).
