Even before the announcement, select Mi 6, the Mi Mix 2, and the Mi Max 2 users started receiving the update. Alongside, Xiaomi also released the MIUI 9 Beta Stable update for the Redmi Note 4 and rolled out the ROM to all the users. The company is now adding some more smartphones to the MIUI 9 update list. >Some of the smartphones that have made it to the MIUI 9 Global ROM list are the Mi Max 2, the Mi 6, Mi Mix, the Mi 5, and the Mi 5S Plus. Phones under this list are getting nightly updates that are touted as “Beta Stable” by Xiaomi. In the coming weeks, Xiaomi will be updating all the phones in the list to “Global Stable” versions.
