Twitter has confirmed that some users are currently having problems accessing the social network and that it’s working to fix the issue. Reports from third-party web monitoring service Downdetector indicate that problems began around 2 PM ET. Users are reporting problems with both the app and web versions of the platform, with some saying they’re being logged out or can’t load their home feed.

“Twitter may not be loading for some of you –– we’re working on a fix to get you back to your timelines ASAP,” the company said in a tweet.
