AMD Radeon RADV driver prepares for upcoming mesh shader for Vulkan API

Last year, open-source developers and contributors for the Mesa AMD Radeon Vulkan (RADV) driver were experimenting with support for a new mesh and task shader for the graphics support.
Valve pulled Timur Kristóf, an open-source developer, to assist with reading the task and mesh shader support for cross-vendor extension capability to harness more robust mesh shader techniques with advanced technology. Mesa also recently published a GitHub code that focuses on task shaders to be prepared for AMD RADV (Radeon Vulkan) upon release of the newest Mesa 22.2.
