Chinese Space Debris Heading Towards International Space Station, Russian Scientists Say

Russian scientists are currently working to track the path of a piece of Chinese space junk that they think is headed close to the International Space Station.

Roscosmos, the country's space agency, said that according to preliminary data the debris fragment will "fly close" to the manned orbiting laboratory on November 12 at around 4 a.m. Moscow time, or 8 p.m. ET on November 11, according to Russia's TASS news agency.
