Apple has invested a lot to develop its ecosystem, allowing one device to bolster the other in a way that aids in continuity and handoff features. However, new data gathered by Consumer Intelligence Research Partners or CIRP states that the iPhone has failed to serve as a gateway for the Mac, Apple TV, and the HomePod. Nonetheless, the iPhone did well for the iPad, Apple Watch, and the AirPods. Scroll down more details on the iPhone study.
The data gathered by CIRP reveals the extent to which the iPhone has influenced users to buy another Apple product. The study basically reflects personal computers against tablets for iPhone users. It reveals that almost all iPhone users own a computer but only 41 percent of users own a Mac and others rest on Windows and Chrome devices. When it comes to tablets, 81 percent of iPhone users own an iPad, according to the study. The numbers go in favor of the iPad when it comes to iPhone user's preferences.
