AMD itself has confirmed that their next-generation RDNA 3 GPU-powered Radeon RX 7000 series will be based on 5nm and 6nm process nodes.

The information was posted under the LinkedIn of AMD's Infinity Data Fabric Silicon design engineer, Brian Walters, who has worked on various projects including the next-generation graphics lineup which includes RDNA 3 powered Navi 31, Navi 32, Navi 33, & Instinct MI300.
