Microsoft has started to release Windows 10 1909 Insider Preview Build 18362.10022 (19H2) to Insiders in the Slow ring. Today’s build includes the improvements and fixes from KB4515384 along with “improvements to the overall quality of 19H2,” the company writes.

KB4515384 is the update that was delivered to Windows 10 May 2019 Update on September 10 and brought in several security fixes. As a reminder, Microsoft will deliver Windows 10 1909 as a cumulative update later this year. Both the Windows 10 May 2019 Update and the upcoming October 2019 Update share the same servicing content, which means they share the same Cumulative Update package.
