Amazon is wasting no time putting its stamp on Whole Foods. The e-commerce giant will start lowering prices on popular grocery items starting Monday — the day its $13.7 billion acquisition closes — and Amazon Prime will become the chain's customer-rewards program. Spotify signed a deal with Warner Music Group, the last big music label it needed on board before it goes public. With deals already in place with Universal Music Group and Sony Music, the streaming music service has been planning a nontraditional public offering, where it will sell shares directly to the public instead of going through Wall Street banks; a late 2017/early 2018 date is targeted.
