The latest Windows 10 May 2019 Update has been dealing with a ton of problems lately introduced by the monthly cumulative updates. Last month’s update brought with it a high CPU usage issue that was fixed with this week’s September’s patch. But, this patch ended up creating problems with the Start menu and Search experience for some users.
