Microsoft has released two builds to Insiders in the Slow ring currently testing the upcoming Windows 10 19H2 aka the October 2019 Update. The Windows maker has been testing a new feedback system where it releases new features turned off by default for some Insiders and enabled for others.

Today, those who are receiving Windows 10 19H2 Build 18362.10014 will have features turned off by default. Those who are currently running Build 18362.10013 will be getting Build 18362.10015 with new changes turned on by default. The Windows development team added that if you are just joining the Insider community to test 19H2 updates, “it’ll be a virtual ‘coin toss’ as to whether your PC gets features turned on or turned off.”
