Transport for London has issued the biggest PIN of the week: a £3m framework for a supplier to provide city simulation technology. According to the notice, the supplier will be tasked with developing “capacity for dynamic project-level simulation, and potentially pilot dynamic simulation-linked infrastructure financing models”. Funding for the project is yet to be established and dependent on external organisations, TfL said.
