The wait will finally be over, Samsung’s next big flagship lineup will be revealed tomorrow and even though it’s not here yet, the analytics firm Counterpoint Research already has its own predictions regarding the Galaxy Note 10 sales. It appears that the company doesn’t believe that the astounding success of the Galaxy S10 will rub on the Note 10 lineup as it predicts shipments of 9.7 million units, which is just a 100,000 units more than the first-year sales of the Note 9.
In contrast, Samsung reportedly sold 10 million units of the Galaxy Note 8 in 2017, but then again, at that time, the smartphone market was growing and not shrinking like it is now. As for the Galaxy S10, it is actually a major upgrade over its predecessor and the reason what prompted those high sales figures.
