Microsoft May Be Bringing a New Windows 10 Start Menu Experience Moving Away From the Live Tiles

Microsoft accidentally released a new Windows 10 build earlier this morning from the version expected to be released next year. While the Windows maker was quick to pull it back, several Insiders in the Fast, Slow, and Release Preview rings got to try it. Obviously unstable and highly advised by the company to switch back to a stable build, the preview build did reveal the new look of the Start menu.
Windows 10 build 18947 brought an early version of a revamped Start menu, leaving the Live Tiles behind. This build was just a day old and considering that even features that are tested for months are often left behind, it isn’t certain this design would make it in the Windows 10 20H1 final release. At this point, it looks kind of rough, but then it is an internal build and not even officially in the Insider community.
