First came Siri, then came Alexa, and now there’s ROSS. ROSS, an artificial intelligence app that reads and analyzes legal documents with impressive speed and accuracy, is being developed by Nextlaw Ventures, an early stage venture fund that was born out of Dentons, one of the largest law firms in the world. ROSS is just one of the several high-profile legal technology startups large law firms are investing in. And by the looks of 2019, the sector is only getting bigger.
