West Virginia DMV leader who pushed technology retiring

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — State Division of Motor Vehicles Commissioner Pat Reed is retiring after a lengthy career in public service.
The Register-Herald reports , in her four years at the DMV Reed pushed technology to make automobile registration and driver's license renewals quicker and easier.
