Coronavirus has hit Google’s release schedule – prompting it to abandon Chrome 82 and skip straight to Chrome 83 instead. 

Google announced last week that a disrupted employee work schedule due to coronavirus meant the company would be pausing releases of new milestone versions of the Chrome browser.
