Windows 10 October 2018 Update has had a bumpy ride so far. Two and half months after its initial rollout began, Microsoft has finally opened the floodgates. As reported last month, the company wasn’t offering the latest version of Windows 10 to everyone who was clicking on the infamous “check for updates” button.

Before this, Windows 10 version 1809 was being offered to everyone who was hitting this button, however, Microsoft put an end this “seeking” approach after a number of issues pushed the company to put an upgrade block on the OS.
