The social media company is now doing a liberal apology tour, too.

One of the liberal activist groups reportedly targeted by opposition researchers that Facebook hired plans to meet chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg and other Facebook executives on Thursday. The group will discuss what exactly Facebook was up to when a Republican firm it hired sought to discredit those groups, in part by linking them to billionaire philanthropist George Soros.
