EWING, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 1, 2018--Universal Display Corporation (Nasdaq: OLED), enabling energy-efficient displays and lighting with its UniversalPHOLED ® technology and materials, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.06 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 28, 2018 to shareholders of record on December 14, 2018. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
