Now that wraps are off the Infinity Flex Display smartphone that is an integral part of Samsung’s folding lineup, the company has steadily started releasing more details of the device. The display specifications were recently revealed in a panel presentation meant for developers at the ongoing Developer Conference.

The Cover Display of the phone would measure 4.58-inch and it will have a resolution of 1,960 x 840 pixels, while the main internal screen is 7.3 inches with a resolution of 2,152 x 1,536 pixels and has an aspect ratio of 4:3. The lower pixel densities would ensure that the displays consume less power than the QHD+ displays that Samsung flagships usually get. Moreover, the cover display would be powered off when the phone is folded out to conserve battery life. Samsung says that it is trying to extend the battery life to the same level as that of its current smartphones.
