Microsoft has just made buying a Surface device that much easier for you by introducing a new monthly financing plan. Unlike most other things that had already leaked before today’s Microsoft’s Surface event, no one was able to catch wind of the monthly installment plan beforehand. Needless to say, this is a pleasant surprise and it is called the Surface All Access.

The financing program sounds a bit like the Surface Plus program that was nixed in August. The short-lived program enabled customers to spread the cost of a new Surface device over a two-year period. It also gave the customers an option to upgrade to a new device after 18 months on the condition that the old device was in good shape.
