Intel has announced their official launch event for their brand new 2018 desktop PC lineup which would take place on 8th October, at 10 a.m. EDT. The event will be live streamed to the audience and would include several announcements ranging from desktop CPUs to accompanying platforms which would support them.

The event will largely focus on the desktop PC market which Intel has been paying close attention to since the competition upped their game. We already know that Intel is planning to launch their 9th Generation Core processor family soon so we will get to hear a lot about that along with their latest Z390 chipset platform.
