Twitter should've acted faster to remove an image threatening to shoot Meghan McCain, Jack Dorsey said on Wednesday.

The social network's CEO told lawmakers during a House Energy and Commerce committee hearing that it was "unacceptable" that the tweet was on the social network for hours before Twitter's staff deleted it.
