This year could see the inception of re-designed wearables from Apple. The company registered six new Apple Watch models with the Eurasian Economic Commission today, with the devices reported to be unveiled alongside the new iPhone models next month.

The models that Apple has registered with the EEC are A1977, A1978, A1975, A1976, A2007, and A2008  and these correspond with the Apple Watch Series 4 lineup, which will ship with watchOS 5 installed. Based on the filings, Apple is probably trimming down the lineup as the Apple Watch Series 3 consisted of eight model numbers. Unfortunately, the filings haven’t betrayed the specifications of the upcoming smartwatch and only state that these are personal wearable electronic devices.
