Turns out a rumor that we had reported on a couple weeks back about NVIDIA building a dual fan Founder’s Edition Turing graphics card turned out to be true. This truly bizarre looking graphics card is NVIDIA’s brand new reference design i.e. Founder’s Edition RTX 2080 Ti.
