A venture capital firm that's feuding with other Uber shareholders has a message for Uber employees: The board, alongside former CEO Travis Kalanick, are not doing enough to turn the company around.
Benchmark said in an open letter on Monday that Kalanick has remained involved in the day-to-day operations of Uber, undermining the CEO search. Further, the company is without a chief financial officer, and has yet to fully implement the recommendations of an internal workplace culture investigation, the venture capital firm said in the letter, released on Twitter.
