The European Commission issued Google with a record fine of 4.3 billion euros ($5 billion) on Tuesday due to antitrust violations over its Android mobile operating system, according to Bloomberg.
The fine is due to be announced officially at a press conference by European Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager in Brussels at 1p.m. local time (CET)
