In an interview with CNBC on Friday, AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson said he thinks the chances the government will succeed in its appeal of its merger are "remote." He also said the company, which closed its deal with Time Warner last month after it won a decisive victory in federal court, is moving ahead with its plans to integrate the media company into its business.
