(Other OTCBB DPSI), a leading provider and integrator of enterprise mobility and wireless applications solutions, announced today that it has acquired Royce Digital Systems, (Royce) a privately held company with corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA. DecisionPoint has acquired Royce to better serve customers, deepen its expertise in other vertical markets, specifically healthcare, and provide a stronger regional presence across California to better service customers in that area.
