Leicester City Council has issued one of the biggest tenders of the week: a £3m contract for income management and payment solution services. According to the notice, the system will “take customer balances from various host systems and facilitates payments through a variety of channels”. The council said it is willing to consider a cloud-based system. Suppliers are invited to apply before the bid deadline on 25 April.
