NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1180 Spotted In HP Documentation – Is NVIDIA Preparing A Non-RTX Flagship?

Some weedy-eyed redditors found out that HP apparently has a lot of documentation available publicly that lists a “GTX 1180” graphics card from NVIDIA. This is not the first time I am hearing of this card but considering this is still circumstantial evidence, this post has been tagged as a rumor. In other words, please use copious amounts of salt while perusing this article. I will say right off the bat that it’s possible that this is an OEM-only product or even a plain ol’ typo (although I would personally term that increasingly unlikely considering the volume of documentation around this).
To arrive at the various pamphlets and material about this card, you can Google “HP Obelisk GTX 1180” and there isn’t one but multiple instances of this card on the internet. I did some simple searches and even found it listed in a different, higher end, obelisk system at an e-tailer online. Now there are two major possibilities here: either this is a mistake in the form of a typo/just documentation that was not updated after the RTX nomenclature was revealed OR this is a non-RTX card from NVIDIA the likes of the GTX 1660.
