STAMFORD — Technology firm Pitney Bowes reported Tuesday rising returns for the past quarter and year, as it reached decade highs in its financial performance.

Quarterly revenues increased 3 percent, to about $947 million — the highest “proforma” revenue growth for a quarter, in the past 10 years.
