Here we are, brewpub fans. Last month, we asked readers to help us choose the Bay Area’s best brewery taprooms, bracket-style. You delivered, narrowing down our reader-nominated 16 selections to the Amazing Eight, a collection of small craft breweries spread across the Bay Area.

And now, the results of the Final Four have come in, and most victors won by a healthy margin. Fieldwork Brewing Company, which has locations in San Ramon, San Mateo and Berkeley, bested Floodcraft Brewing Co. in San Jose, with 70 percent of the votes. Meanwhile, San Francisco’s Cellarmaker Brewing Co took the top spot over Hapa’s Brewing Company in San Jose by 65 percent.
