A wash of heavy rain in the Bay Area spurred road closures, power outages and logistical headaches overnight on Tuesday — but it’s not over yet.

Starting midday and going into the late afternoon, showers rolled from the North Bay down into virtually all of the Bay Area thanks to a low-pressure cold front from Oregon.
