Filoli, the grandest country estate in San Mateo County, hosted U.S. President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping this week as the two leaders met on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) conference to discuss cooperation between the two countries on the fentanyl epidemic as well as restoring military-to-military communications.
