FREMONT — A Fremont tech and industrial park has landed a big Texas real estate firm as a buyer in a deal that shows rising property values for the site despite a post-coronavirus economic landscape that can be hazardous.

Hines Interests, acting through an affiliate, bought the two-building complex in a $40.4 million deal, according to documents filed on Oct. 11 with the Alameda County Recorder’s Office.
