SAN JOSE — A housing highrise that’s slated to include affordable units could sprout in downtown San Jose next to the footprint of Google’s proposed transit village, city public documents show.

The 11-story project would add 80 units on a parcel at 101 Delmas Avenue in downtown San Jose.
