SAN JOSE — Tech companies have revealed plans to jettison hundreds more Bay Area workers in an unsettling reminder that the shaky industry is still seeking ways to trim employment.

Intel, Maxar Space, Gigamon and AppLovin are among the latest high-tech employers to disclose their intentions to trim their respective workforces in the Bay Area, according to official filings with the state Employment Development Department.
