SAN JOSE — A big shopping mall in San Jose has landed an investor that is buying a stake in the mall to help revamp the center’s finances and reposition its tenant mix, executives said Tuesday.

The investment by Silver Lake Capital Partners will help extend the maturity of the loan that currently finances Eastridge Center, according to the co-owners of the big retail center.
