BERKELEY — An student apartment complex in Berkeley with a dramatic castle-like design that features a facade akin to a cliffside has been bought for more than $100 million by a group controlled by a Wall Street leviathan.
Enclave Apartments, a 55-unit student housing building in Berkeley, has been bought for $112.9 million, according to documents filed on July 13 with the Alameda County Recorder’s Office.
