PALO ALTO — An autonomous driving unit of vehicle manufacturing titan Toyota Motor has leased a big chunk of office space in Palo Alto’s prestigious Stanford Research Park, according to sources familiar with the rental deal.

Woven Planet has leased 154,600 square feet at 900 Arastradero Road in Palo Alto, which is one of the office hubs in the research park, according to at least three sources with knowledge of the transaction.
