SAN JOSE — The man killed last week after crashing into several vehicles on Interstate 280 has been identified by authorities.

The crash was reported at about 11:17 p.m. Thursday in the area of I-280 near Saratoga Avenue, with multiple lanes being blocked, said California Highway Patrol Officer Ross Lee. Authorities arrived at the scene at 11:23 p.m. and shut down all lanes.
