SANTA CLARA — After a years-long court battle over parking for Levi’s Stadium events, the city and the 49ers apparently are on the verge of settling, according to new court filings.

In April 2018, the Forty Niners SC Stadium Company filed a lawsuit against the city of Santa Clara, claiming it had overpaid more than $1 million for parking at the city-owned golf course near the stadium.
