SAN JOSE — A senior residential complex that would bring nearly 200 homes to San Jose is pushing ahead with a construction loan to finance the project’s development.

A real estate alliance of Columbia Pacific Advisors and SRM Development has landed $78.5 million in construction financing for the project, which is located at 3315 Almaden Expressway near Hillsdale Avenue, according to documents filed with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office.
